Dominik Mysterio must defend the Intercontinental Championship in a triple threat against Rusev and Penta. Drew McIntyre looks to end Cody Rhodes' run as Undisputed Champion.

Jey Uso and CM Punk battle for the vacant World Heavyweight title. Here are predictions for the winner of each match at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Did The Rock's "Final Boss" run hurt WWE? Watch Here!

#4. Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Rusev vs. Penta

Dominik Mysterio has cheated in nearly every one of his matches as a member of the Judgment Day. That hasn't changed as Intercontinental Champion. He's defeated Penta several times, often due to outside interference or cheating.

Dirty Dom overcame Rusev twice only after hitting The Bulgarian Brute with a low blow. The title should have already changed hands to Penta or AJ Styles.

With the potential for many other outside factors to play into the triple threat, it feels like Dom will escape yet again.

Prediction: Dominik Mysterio wins at Saturday Night's Main Event.

#3. WWE Women's title: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill has fallen short in two previous matches against Tiffany Stratton. SummerSlam would have been the spot for a big title swap, but bookers kept the strap around Stratton's waist.

With The Storm's heel turn last week, it feels like the plans are changing. Having Cargill attack Stratton only to lose in her third attempt to capture the title would be a waste.

The Center of the Universe is the longest-reigning current titleholder in WWE. That will be in jeopardy at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Prediction: Jade Cargill wins the WWE Women's title.

#2. Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Cody Rhodes regained the Undisputed WWE title from John Cena at SummerSlam. The title has changed hands twice this year.

With how much the World Heavyweight Championship has been swapped in 2025, it feels like Rhodes will keep the belt until WrestleMania.

Drew McIntyre is more than worthy of another run atop a brand, but officials seem hesitant to pull the trigger with The Scottish Warrior. Unless something shocking takes place, expect the status quo at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Prediction: Cody Rhodes beats Drew McIntyre.

#1. Crowning a new World Heavyweight Champion at Saturday Night's Main Event

Jey Uso won the Royal Rumble and then the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41. He dropped the belt back to Gunther two months later.

CM Punk defeated The Ringer General for the title at SummerSlam. Seth Rollins and his Money in the Bank case cut that celebration short after five minutes. Jey Uso at least had a few months as Champion.

The Best in the World hasn't had a prolonged run with a title since returning to WWE. Picking the winner at Saturday Night's Main Event should be an easy decision, but bookers could pull an audible. It would be a mistake.

Prediction: CM Punk wins the World Heavyweight title.
