The show featured major main roster talent such as Dominik Mysterio, El Grande Americano, Chelsea Green, Dragon Lee, and some top NXT prospects like Je'Von Evans, Ethan Page, Lola Vice, and more. The event also had popular luchadors such as Mr. Iguana, Psycho Clown, and El Hijo del Vikingo.

For the November 22 event, some non-televised matches were scheduled for the show before AAA began broadcasting on WWE's YouTube channel and its own platforms. Fightful reported that during one of these dark matches, lucha sensation Lince Dorado issued an open challenge for anyone brave enough to step up to him. Former WWE United States and Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews answered the call. The two stars had a thrilling encounter, and Crews ended up picking up the win in his comeback appearance.
