WWE RAW: Female star admits she hurt Nia Jax's "hole"

Lana (CJ Perry) has featured in many memorable incidents on WWE TV, often involving her husband, Rusev. However, one of the more popular instances occurred during a bout against Nia Jax on RAW in 2021. While Jax is often showcased as an unstoppable monster on TV, there have been occasions when she has fallen victim to hilarious situations.

During a conversation with Chris Van Vliet on his podcast, Insight, Lana recently gave her account of the aforementioned incident. The conversation between the two was quite interesting, as The Ravishing Russian spoke about the various high and low spots during her run in the Stamford-based promotion and also her time outside of it.

The hilarious 'My Hole' comment came about during a Lana versus Jax singles match on the red brand. As The Irresistible Force attempted a leg drop on her opponent on the edge of the ring, Lana managed to escape, resulting in the powerhouse crashing on the ring apron. Soon after, Nia let out a guttural scream, followed by the now infamous two words.

In an interesting revelation, Lana explained that Jax's comment was not off-the-cuff but was something that had been suggested by Triple H and Johnny Ace (John Laurinaitis) during rehearsals. However, she wasn't sure which of the two came up with it.

Lana said:

"I had no idea that it was gonna become an international meme. That was nuts. I push her through the table, she goes through the table, and I believe it was Triple H and Johnny [Ace], I can’t remember exactly who gave [the line] about joking about “my hole” in rehearsal, and then that’s what she did. I did hurt her hole, and it became an international meme, which I’m very proud of. It’s so funny. I honestly can’t believe that I put her through a table and hurt her hole [laughs]." While Lana's last match took place in 2021, she hasn't given any hint that her in-ring career is over yet.

Lana has a booking idea for WWE Superstars Nia Jax and Lash Legend

Nia Jax is still among the top stars on the women's roster in WWE and was in action this weekend at Survivor Series: WarGames. She, along with Lash Legend, was part of the losing team at the premium live event in San Diego.

Lana suggested that Jax and Legend could be booked to have a romantic storyline with Rusev, her real-life husband. She proposed more soap opera-like WWE storylines for all the stars involved.

"I love romantic storylines. Like if I was [sic] the person writing the shows, there would be more soap opera stories. And Rusev for sure would be in a romantic angle by now (...) I think it would be great for him to be in a romantic storyline with Nia Jax or Lash Legend. Maybe he could have a tag team, and he could be in a romantic storyline with both of them," Lana said.

It remains to be seen what is next for The Ravishing Russian in WWE and if she makes any on-screen appearances soon.
