WWE's Chief Content Officer, Triple H, was in a tough spot following Saturday Night's Main Event for several reasons. Meanwhile, former TNA Wrestling president Scott D'Amore thinks a new role for The Game is possible.
Triple H was once a menacing heel inside the square circle under the old regime. However, The King of Kings became one of the most beloved on-screen personalities when he took over the creative duties of WWE's main roster in 2022. Unfortunately, the dream run is slowly fading.
On Uncrowned's The D'Amore Drop, former TNA Wrestling president Scott D'Amore reacted to Saturday Night's Main Event. During this, D'Amore stated that with the negative reaction to Triple H's booking, he could adopt a new heel persona on-screen on the weekly product without having to wrestle.
"It doesn’t seem medically possible for Hunter to come back in-ring, but the heat on him right now could translate into a hell of a heel role," D'Amore wrote on Uncrowned. [H/T - Uncrowned]

Ex-WWE star thinks Triple H could become the next Vince McMahon
Over the past year, Triple H and his creative team have been heavily criticized by the fans and wrestling veterans for their booking choices. Whether it was WrestleMania 41 or John Cena's farewell tour, many have questioned The Game's creative regime and its inconsistency.
For many, the end of John Cena's match against Gunther was the last straw, and the audience was extremely hostile towards the 14-time WWE World Champion. Speaking on The Stevie Richards Show, the former ECW star stated that there's a chance Triple H could become the next Mr. McMahon for the weekly product.
"Now, Gunther has heat, Triple H has heat, and Triple H used a line that I believe that Triple H is going to be the next Mr. McMahon on TV. The time-honored tradition: he pulled out the Bret sc**wed Bret interview line from Vince. He did it at the post-show when they booed him," Richards said.
Gunther was recently sent home following his appearance on Saturday Night's Main Event, and Triple H is yet to make an on-screen appearance.
