John Cena has received a message from former WWE Superstar Eve Torres. She was in attendance for Cena's final match.

Cena faced Gunther at Saturday Night's Main Event on December 13th. The Ring General walked out with the win and also made sure to submit the 17-time WWE World Champion in his last-ever match.

On Instagram, Torres sent a message to Cena, expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to work with him. She also referenced her storyline with Cena, where the two had to make out on WWE television.

"@johncena is one of the few people in the world who truly wants others to win, and goes out of his way to help them. He gives and gives, and tonight, he left @wwe a better place to work than when he started. Grateful to have had an opportunity to work alongside him and witness what true love, dedication, and hard ass work looks like… while still having fun. This is the only photo I could find of us not making out. 😬 Loved visiting my old stomping grounds, just didn’t stomp anyone today," wrote Torres.

Jey Uso said that John Cena isn't retiring from Professional Wrestling

Jey Uso hilariously claimed that John Cena won't be retiring from Professional Wrestling after his loss to Gunther at Saturday Night's Main Event. While speaking to Jackie Redmond, the former multi-time WWE Tag Team Champion made the statement.

Jey and Cena shared the ring during the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble Match, with Jey eliminating Cena to win the Rumble and earn himself a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41.

Cena has confirmed on multiple occasions that his final match was on December 13th. The 17-time WWE World Champion isn't expected to return for one more match.
