The Undertaker: "One Of The Best Divas Matches I'd Ever Seen"; Leaves WWE Icon Gushing

The Undertaker is one of the most iconic professional wrestlers of all time. The Deadman has inspired several generations of wrestlers during his career. In a recent interview, WWE star Bayley revealed how the Deadman left her gushing after complimenting her match in NXT.

While speaking on the Six Feet Under podcast with the Undertaker and Michelle McCool, Bayley shared a story from her NXT days. She told that she had a match with Mercedes Moné and went to talk to Taker afterwards to get his opinion. She revealed that the Deadman told her that it was one of the best Divas matches that he'd ever seen.

"The first time.. I met you in NXT, you had a house show and you came to one of our live events. Me and Sasha had a match.. and afterwards we're talking to you and asking if you have anything and you'd told us, this had to be like 2014 and you said "That was one of the best Divas matches that I'd ever seen." We were on cloud 9 for months after that." She said.

The Role Model further revealed that she was so excited about it that she posted about it online.

"I remember like I posted about it, put it on my facebook.. I was super like, "The Undertaker just told me that was the best Divas match he'd seen in a long time." (29:15 onwards)

It's great to hear such stories from future Hall of Famers like Bayley from when they were still new in their career.

Bayley talked about a backstage habit she learned from stars like The Undertaker

During her appearance on the podcast, Bayley talked about how stars used to stay backstage and watch matches from the guerilla position. She spoke about the importance of the practice and how Seth does it nowadays, inspiring her to do it as well.

"When I first got on the road, all the live events you [The Undertaker] always watched. Cena watched everything; Roman watched everything. These last few years Seth is always at that front monitor, so if you’re at the live events, if you came back through the curtain, there’s that monitor right there. When people come back, they ask Seth, ‘Oh, what did you think?’ Then I can hear what he’s saying to them, and then I’m learning too," she said.
