Top WWE star says John Cena should be nervous ahead of his last Survivor Series match

John Cena is set to compete in his last WWE Survivor Series match tonight, where he will face Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship. Dirty Dom shared his thoughts on the upcoming bout, noting that the Cenation Leader should be nervous walking into the match.

Cena won the Intercontinental Championship three weeks ago on RAW when he defeated Dominik Mysterio in an impromptu match. The 17-time world champion's first title defense will come at his last-ever Survivor Series match, where he will put the title on the line in a rematch against the Judgment Day star.

Speaking about the match on the Survivor Series: WarGames preview edition of Raw Recap, Dominik Mysterio noted that John Cena should be nervous walking into the match, as this time the two will face off in his hometown, San Diego.

“I mean, of course, he’s facing the greatest Mysterio of all time. The greatest AAA Mega champion, greatest former, going to be and new Intercontinental champion in my hometown in San Diego. I mean, he should be nervous. Last time we were in, like I said, we were in his hometown, Boston. He had Triple H and management on his side, giving him everything he wants, like his whole career. So, I’m excited to finally have somewhat of an advantage this time, which is home-field advantage.”

After Survivor Series, Cena will have just one WWE appearance left in his retirement tour. His last match will take place on the December 13 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event. His opponent for the match will be determined through the ongoing Last Time Is Now tournament, which now has four participants remaining.
