On the last episode of Writing with Russo, ex-WWE writer Vince Russo and host Dr. Chris Featherstone spoke about an array of topics, including the use of AI to generate storylines.

Host Dr. Chris Featherstone mentioned the issue that when you have a superstar like Bron Breakker, WWE isn't doing him a favor by having him "run in circles". Featherstone believes that Breakker has become just another name on the roster, and Vince Russo named Ripley, Damian Priest, etc. and said that this issue of characters not having layers to them is a deeper issue:

"Who is Rhea Ripley? Who is Damian Priest? That is across the board. There are no layers to these characters. That's the beautiful thing - when characters have layers, you put them together and you can tell the best story. If everybody is just a wrestler, you're getting wrestling. That's it!"

Rhea Ripley returned to make a statement for WarGames.

Rhea Ripley hadn't been seen in WWE since the October tour of Japan. During a match in a live event, Raquel Rodriguez took Iyo Sky and flung her hard towards Ripley, and the impact led to The Eradicatory suffering a legitimate nose injury.

It looks like WWE kept her away from television so she could recover on time, and on the 10th October episode of RAW, she made her big return on time to make a statement for WarGames.

In the main event of RAW, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss defended the Women's Tag Team Championships against The Kabuki Warriors - Asuka and Kairi Sane. In a continuation of their feud on SmackDown, Nia Jax and the recently debuted Lash Legend would come out and cost Flair & Bliss their titles, with the Kabuki Warriors now Champions again. However, they added insult to injury when Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend ambushed Flair and Bliss.

This led to Iyo Sky coming out, but the numbers game was still in favor of the villains, setting up Rhea Ripley's incredible return. She appeared with a new look thanks to her face mask, and she will be teaming up with Iyo Sky, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss in a huge women's WarGames match. The timing couldn't be better, and it's going to be interesting to see how things play out as November closes with Survivor Series.
