There is an update on WWE replacing Charlotte Flair. The Queen has been a dominant force in the ring and recently held the Women's Tag Team championship. After dropping the title two weeks ago, a massive match was teased for her.

Interference by Nia Jax and Lash Legend cost Flair and Alexa Bliss the championship against The Kabuki Warriors on RAW. This led to IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley coming out and attacking the heels, with the Eradicator announcing WarGames.

However, on SmackDown, Flair opted out of the team, citing history and trust issues with Ripley. This led to The Nightmare looking for other options on RAW, and she even approached AJ Lee on RAW to have a discussion, hinting that she might be replacing Flair. But it looks like the 14-time World Champion could be back on the team.

During an interview with ESPN, Alexa Bliss mentioned that Charlotte Flair is back on the team and that she is doing it for only her.

"I believe, yes, she will be 100% by my side, but she has made it very clear that she is only doing it for me and our friendship, because she still has some trust issues with Rhea Ripley, which hopefully we can get settled before WarGames actually starts," she said.

While this sounds assuring, she is still skeptical about the issues between her tag team partner and Ripley.

This week on RAW, when Bliss, SKY, and Ripley were taken out by the heel team, Flair ran down to the ring and attacked Nia Jax and Lash Legend with kendo sticks.

Charlotte Flair has history with Rhea Ripley

Charlotte Flair's trust issues with Rhea Ripley stem from their in-ring rivalry. The two stars first faced each other at WrestleMania 36 for the NXT Women's Title.

The match saw The Queen emerge victorious after making Ripley submit. Three years later, the tables were turned at WrestleMania 39.

This time it was Ripley who beat her nemesis for the SmackDown Championship. Thus, it looks like WWE is playing into their history to tease tension ahead of Survivor Series.
