Former WWE Superstar Lana (aka CJ Perry) recently took to social media to share a personal update. She uploaded a video with her husband, Rusev.Lana performed in World Wrestling Entertainment between 2013 and 2021. After being released from the company, the real-life CJ Perry made appearances in WWE's rival company, AEW, where her husband, Rusev, performed under the ring name Miro. The husband-wife duo has now returned to the Stamford-based promotion. The former United States Champion has returned as an in-ring competitor, but his wife has signed a Legends contract with the company.CJ Perry recently took to Instagram to share a personal update. She shared a video with Rusev from their day out at the F1 paddock. Apparently retired. No, [On if her contract expired] I actually had three more years on my contract. Yeah, I got released. I was on a 5-year contract. I covered two, which was such a great blessing because I was on a higher-paying tier, which was so awesome. Yeah. But it got cut short," she said.It remains to be seen if Lana will show up alongside Rusev once again on the Stamford-based promotion's weekly programming.
