The 43-year-old has been an integral part of WWE programming in the last couple of years. Unfortunately, despite being a crowd favorite, Knight has yet to find any success in his quest to win a world championship.

Speaking on the latest edition of RAW Recap, LA Knight addressed if he ever wonders if the fans will stop cheering for him. The red brand star stated that the only time he thinks so is when he gets pinned to the mat during a wrestling match. The former United States Champion noted that at some point a star starts thinking about at what point the fans might start losing faith in them.

"The only time I think about that is when I let the people down when I lose. When the three is getting counted against me, you start to think, at what point will the people maybe start to lose faith and just go, ‘Ah, man, dammit. We like this guy. We want this to happen, but it's just not gonna happen. So in that case, I think about that certainly,'" Knight said.

LA Knight further stated that he tries to stay away from such thoughts and focus on the task at hand instead.

"But at the same time, I really get on myself to not think about that and try and focus on not thinking about missing the shot but always thinking about how I'm going to make the shot," Knight added. [H/T: WrestlePurists]

LA Knight is scheduled to wrestle a massive WWE match

On the December 1 edition of Monday Night RAW, LA Knight reignited his rivalry with Jey Uso in the first semifinal of the Last Time is Now Tournament. The two stars traded blows in an action-packed match that ended with Knight scoring a win via rollup, leaving The YEET Master visibly frustrated.

In the other semifinal, Gunther locked horns with Solo Sikoa one-on-one for the very first time on the main roster. The Ring General overcame a praiseworthy performance from the MFT leader and interference from Talla Tonga to qualify for the final.

LA Knight and Gunther will now battle it out later this week on SmackDown for an opportunity to be John Cena's last opponent.
