John Cena sent his first message on social media after losing the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He was dethroned by Dominik Mysterio, who regained the title in Cena's final match at a premium live event.

Cena became a Grand Slam Champion on the November 10 episode of Monday Night RAW. He immediately began a feud with The Judgment Day, defeating the faction in a six-man tag team match on his final RAW, where he teamed up with Sheamus and Rey Mysterio.

On X (fka Twitter), Cena responded to WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor, who has played a crucial role in his retirement tour. At Survivor Series 2025, she announced Cena one final time. The Last Real Champion expressed his gratitude for Taylor.

Triple H spoke about John Cena's retirement and how it might change the landscape of WWE after the 17-time World Champion is done wrestling.

Speaking on Complex, The Game said:

"When people talk about the business now and they talk about where our talent are at, yeah, the top players are all in top positions and they're a bit older, but the thickness and the depth of what is underneath them is what I'm most excited about because the field is deep. This business is going to be in good shape for a long time."

Cena's final opponent will soon be determined. The winner of The Last Time Is Now Tournament will face him on December 13th.
