The biggest mystery in WWE right now concerns John Cena's final match in the company. The Face That Runs The Place is set to hang up his boots at next month's Saturday Night's Main Event in Washington, and fans are waiting eagerly to know who will face Cena in his final match.
Earlier this month, John Cena announced the Last Time Is Now Tournament, whose winner will face the Never Seen 17. The tournament will see a blend of young talent and seasoned veterans compete for the honor of being Cena's final opponent in the professional wrestling industry.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, John Cena Sr. stated that his son should win the Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio at Survivor Series. He added that WWE should then have a rematch between the two at SNME, so that Dominik gets the rub from beating Cena on his way out, which will help further the young Mysterio's career.
"I don't think we should stop the storyline there. At the very last match in Washington, DC, it should be Mysterio against Cena to get his belt back. That would close that chapter. The one thing I've seen with the WWE writing this tour is [that] there's been a lot of storylines with no finishes." John Cena Sr. said.

It remains to be seen whether Dominik Mysterio will be a part of the Last Time Is Now Tournament. On this week's episode of Monday Night RAW, Adam Pearce announced the first two matches of the tournament.
Two of Cena's past rivals will compete in the first two bouts, as Rusev will face Damian Priest, while Shinsuke Nakamura battles it out with Sheamus.
