The former World Heavyweight Champion made an appearance on Games With Names, where he spoke about archrival Cody Rhodes, The Rock, and a lot more. Rollins also opened up about the origins of his finisher, the stomp.

Seth Rollins confessed that he stole the move from Alex Shelley without asking for permission. He added that the Motor City Machine Gun member had also stolen it from Japanese pro wrestler Naomichi Marufuji. However, the former member of The Vision pointed out that neither Shelley nor Marufuji used it as a finisher.

"The Stomp, I stole it. Straight up yoinked it. I stole it from Alex Shelley, who wrestles in WWE now. He stole it from a Japanese wrestler named [Naomichi] Marufuji. Marufuji is like a God when it comes to innovating wrestling moves. Neither of them ever did it as a finishing move, though. I think I was the first person to ever do it as 'bam, finish,'" Rollins said.

Why Orton didn't show up for Cena's match - Check details!

The 39-year-old said that while he was using the stomp just as a signature move, it looked so devastating that the producer, TJ Wilson, who is also a former WWE Superstar, asked him to use it as the finisher. Rollins did so the next night, and he hasn't looked back since.

"I was on a live event in 2010 or 2011, and at the time I was doing a different finisher but using the Stomp as a signature move, and it just looked so nasty that the guy producing the show, TJ Wilson, who is still a producer for WWE now, he was like, 'You should really think about using that as your finish finish.' The next night, had another non-televised event. I did it as the finish, and then that was my finish from then on," Rollins added. [H/T: WrestleTalk]

A former WWE Superstar made a massive claim about Seth Rollins

John Cena officially retired from in-ring action last weekend at Saturday Night's Main Event. The show in Washington, D.C., was the final stop on his Farewell Tour.

Speaking on a recent edition of TMZ Sports' Inside the Ring podcast, former WWE Superstar Maven claimed that after The Cenation Leader, Seth Rollins will be the next star to get a Farewell Tour like John Cena. The 49-year-old praised the former member of The Shield for his work over the years and pointed out that the latter is highly respected by his fellow stars.

It will be intriguing to see how much longer it takes for Seth Rollins to get back inside the squared circle.
