A former WWE champion recently disclosed that he was open to a full-time return to the company. The star in question made a surprise return earlier this year to battle Ethan Page.
Speaking on the Reel Appreciation podcast, Tyler Breeze discussed the possibility of a full-time return to in-ring competition for WWE. The veteran noted that he is still active in the independent wrestling scene and that he would not turn down the opportunity to return. However, he added that the decision was not ultimately up to him.
"I’m not sure, I mean that’s obviously not my call. If there was ever a spot or an idea and they said, 'Hey man are you interested in this?’ Yeah I don’t see why not. I’m still active, I’m still wrestling around just doing all sorts of stuff so it’s very, very possible but it’s up to them if they want to have me," said Breeze. [H/T: WrestleTalk]

Tyler Breeze reveals Triple H warned him about his WWE release
Popular star Tyler Breeze shared that Triple H gave him a warning before he was released by the promotion in 2021.
In an interview on Developmentally Speaking, the 37-year-old shared a conversation he had with The Game. He noted that Triple H told him that he would likely be let go by WWE due to financial reasons before he was released.
"At that time, I knew it [WWE release] was probably happening at some point," Breeze said. "And, actually, I believe when it finally happened, I'm pretty sure Hunter [Triple H] had already told me that like, 'Oh, this will probably happen,' just because I was still on a main roster deal at that point, so when it comes down to looking at stuff like that, you can't make that much money in that spot."
Tyler Breeze was part of a popular tag team with Fandango (Breezango), and the duo won the NXT Tag Team Championships together. Fandango, now known as JDC in TNA, has announced that he plans on retiring at Genesis 2026 in January.
