The arrogant 28-year-old wrote a check his body couldn't cash, as Cena defeated him, ending Dom's reign at 204 days and claiming the final title needed to become a Grand Slam Champion. Their rematch was eventually set for Survivor Series: WarGames, giving Dominik Mysterio an opportunity for more than gold.On Saturday night, Dom broke out all the big moves of his father, Rey, as well as his father figure, Eddie Guerrero. Dom lied, cheated, and stole his way to a victory, partly thanks to the shocking return of former WWE Women's Champion Liv Morgan. Shortly after winning his first WWE Title, Mysterio was challenged by Cena for a title bout in the main event.Just a few hours after achieving glory, Mysterio fell to Cena. The Chain Gang Leader would earn his ninth WWE Championship that night, beating a less than 100% Rey Mysterio.Cut to fourteen years later, and Mysterio has defeated John Cena for the WWE title.
