LA Knight has spent the majority of his time on Monday Night RAW in a feud against The Vision. After a win over Seth Rollins, many expected him to get a fair shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. However, he hasn't had his chance, and things took a turn for the worse.

Earlier this month, The Vision decimated LA Knight in the show's main event and wrote him off television for the foreseeable future. Speaking on Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the former manager was asked about WWE possibly burying Knight. Mantell stated that it's the old way, and it's gone with Vince McMahon.

"Well, I think that's old school. I think that's when Vince was still there, right? Probably, Vince didn't. He didn't care much for it," Mantell said. (From 04:30 to 04:42)

Update on LA Knight's WWE future - Reports

In 2024, LA Knight became a bona fide name in the industry when he won the WWE United States Championship from Logan Paul. Earlier this year, he picked up momentum when he won the same title back from Shinsuke Nakamura and entered WrestleMania 41 as a champion.

While The Megastar's popularity grows, the management hasn't pushed him to new heights, as he is still in a feud with The Vision. Earlier this month, he was written off television in a brutal fashion when Bronson Reed hit a Tsunami from the top of a crate.

According to Bodyslam+, the company wants to book LA Knight as one of the biggest faces on the red brand. Moreover, the creative team is aware of the reactions The Megastar gets from the crowd and wants it to work in his favor in the feud against The Vision. It'll be interesting to see when he returns to the weekly product.
