It could be a huge week for Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods if they are able to win back the Tag Team Championships on WWE RAW on Monday, but it seems that the duo already has a reason to celebrate. November 28th marks 11 years since The New Day made their official debut back in 2014, when the group was a trio. Since then, Big E has broken his neck, been unable to return to the ring for almost four years and been unceremoniously kicked out of the group. Nonetheless, the group is still considered to be one of, if not the greatest, wrestling tag teams in history and has the stats to back it up. As a duo, they have seemingly lost their way over the past year since kicking Big E out of the team, but it seems that Grayson Waller has come in as a sort of replacement. It's impressive that Woods and Kingston have kept the New Day name following their heel turn, since it was expected that it would also be changed. What's next for Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston on RAW?As noted, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been handed a shot at the World Tag Team Champions next week on RAW, when they take on AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. The duo were able to defeat The Judgment Day to win the titles and have since claimed that they are fighting champions, so they will have something to prove on next week's show when the roster returns from their Thanksgiving break. This week's episode of SmackDown was pre-recorded to allow the roster to have some time away to celebrate ahead of Survivor Series this weekend. As of writing, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are not expected to be part of Survivor Series WarGames.
