Congratulations are in order for WWE Superstar IYO SKY. The former Women's World Champion accomplished something important to her outside of pro wrestling. There's no denying that SKY is one of the best pro wrestlers on the planet today regardless of gender. The Genius of the Sky has been consistently performing at the top level over the past year. The same can be said outside of wrestling in one of IYO SKY's passions: Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The WWE star finally earned her blue belt at RUDOS Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under coach Shayna Baszler, who is a 3rd-degree black belt in the discipline of BJJ. "Congratulations @iyo_sky on Your WELL DESERVED promotion to Blue Belt from Professor @qosbaszler! Along with Professors @riddlebro @davidsan.2.23 @emilion0v0a," RUDOS BJJ wrote on Instagram View this post on Instagram Instagram PostFor those unaware, blue belt is the second-ranked adult belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. It means that IYO SKY is a practitioner of the martial art, with fundamental techniques. She can use BJJ to defend herself from untrained people. She also has been certified to have a solid foundation in both offense and defense in BJJ. SKY still has a lot of ways to go before attaining a black belt, if she wants to. The next color is a purple belt, followed by a brown belt. What's next for IYO SKY?At Survivor Series: WarGames, IYO SKY stole the show after her annual trash can spot inside WarGames. Her team also won the match, and it seemed like SKY and Rhea Ripley were going after the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship."Rhiyo" had a chance to be the No. 1 contenders for the titles last Monday, when they faced Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair in the main event. However, The Kabuki Warriors ruined the party by attacking both teams. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria came in to make the save, but they were attacked by Judgment Day.The trio of Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez laid all of the teams out, including Asuka and Kairi Sane. The show ended with Morgan raising the hands of Rodriguez and Perez, creating an intriguing dynamic within the women's tag team division.
