On Wednesday, Pearce took to X (formerly Twitter) to post that he has completed 30 years in the pro wrestling business. He fondly looked back at his journey and said he was eager for the next chapter of his career.

“30 years ago today my professional journey began. It has allowed me to visit places and experience cultures in our world I never would’ve otherwise, and to meet so many people. Some like-minded, some so different, ALL sharing a same passion. Grateful for every step, misstep, and re-step. Here’s to the next 30,” he wrote in the post.

He has won the NWA World Championship five times and served as booker in ROH before working behind the scenes in WWE. He first worked as a trainer and coach before taking up the role of producer for NXT.

Eventually, he transitioned into an on-screen authority figure and was named the RAW GM in 2023.

RAW star wants to fight Adam Pearce

During his stint as the RAW GM, Adam Pearce has had his fair share of run-ins with some stars.

The New Day has been a thorn in his side recently, and Grayson Waller, who aligned himself with the stable, has said he wants to fight Pearce.

Waller claimed that Adam Pearce is one of the worst GMs ever and blamed him for failing to take care of The New Day. He said he would love to fight Pearce and wouldn't mind if he got a third shot at him after Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston.
