Cody Rhodes has been feuding with Drew McIntyre for the past few weeks. On the 7th November episode of SmackDown, Cody Rhodes faced off against Aleister Black. During the match, McIntyre attacked the referee with a Claymore kick. As a result, Nick Aldis suspended him for his actions. Despite being suspended, Paul Heyman chose the Scottish Warrior to be on his WarGames team at Survivor Series. Before this match, Drew attacked Cody in his own tour bus. At Survivor Series, Drew was part of the winning team, but he still remains suspended from the blue brand.

WWE is reportedly planning a Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes championship match

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have a lot of history against each other. It was Cody who ended Reigns' legendary title run at WrestleMania 40. Since then, both men have teamed together a few times. They were even part of the same WarGames team at Survivor Series. Following the match, The OTC told the Undisputed WWE Champion that they will never team up again.

On a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer confirmed that WWE is planning a title match between Cody and Roman. He noted that this bout might not necessarily take place at WrestleMania.

"It's been confirmed to us that a [Cody] Rhodes vs. [Roman] Reigns match for the WWE title is in the plans, although not necessarily at WrestleMania," Meltzer wrote. [H/T: f4wonline]

It will be interesting to see if Nick Aldis will listen to Cody's demands.
