WWE's CM Punk has a level of pettiness that other NFL fans can only dream of. When it comes to Seth Rollins, the WWE World Champion wants his entire world to fall apart, even if he takes some damage in the crossfire. That includes their shared love of the Chicago Bears, who at this point are 8-3 in the 2025 NFL season.CM Punk was the most recent guest on the Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams, and made his feelings perfectly clear regarding Seth Rollins and the Chicago Bears. Punk stated that he didn't believe his team could be truly successful until the owners, the McCaskey Family, sell the franchise to someone else. As far as their success this year? He doesn't expect it to last and is hoping for their downfall, if only to hurt Rollins."I do think it's strange that somebody from Idaho is such a staunch Bears fan. I think that's strange, but I'm not gatekeeping, you know? Good for him. He's out injured. He needs a hobby. They're doing really well for him. Can't wait for them to break his heart." [0:45-1:02]Seth Rollins has a history of tweeting, "I hate football," during the NFL season. Hopefully, for the Visionairy, that's not how the postseason ends for the Bears. And CM Punk's feelings on the subject would change were a title involved.CM Punk would team up with Seth Rollins for a Chicago sports title View this post on Instagram Instagram PostKay Adams mentioned that she had Seth Rollins on recently, and he stated he wouldn't team up with CM Punk even if it meant the Chicago Bears winning a Super Bowl. The feeling isn't mutual for Punk, who claims he's willing to put feelings aside for something bigger."I would [team up with Seth Rollins for a Chicago championship], yeah, because that's way bigger than me and whatever feelings I have about Seth, you know? Um, it would be a real gift for him, too, you know? Like, he'd get to learn something that night, and let's say the Hawks win the [Stanley] Cup? It's good for Hawks fans, and I'm not gonna deprive any hockey fan of that. I'm not a selfish little brat." [4:25-5:07]Adams agreed with the sentiment, as they both stated it was something any real fan would do. CM Punk's in action this weekend, as he'll take part in the Men's WarGames match at Survivor Series.Would you team up with someone you despise if it meant your favorite team or player won a title?
