WWE star Chelsea Green is breaking barriers in the world of pro wrestling. She recently spoke about being a diva in the business.Green is one of the most entertaining characters on the WWE roster. Her antics with authority figures Nick Alis and Adam Pearce are a prominent feature of the company's weekly programming. Green spoke about a "Diva Renaissance" of sorts in WWE. The 34-year-old detailed that she was embracing the label that was once used to diminish women's wrestling. She pointed out that other stars like Kelly Kelly and Nikki Bella have stuck to the Divas tag and still had Hall of Fame-worthy careers in the business."When I first started wrestling, I was kind of poo-pooed for wanting to be a diva, and I realized, like, no, I’m going to embrace it. I got into this because I loved Kelly Kelly, who I think is the ultimate diva. I think Nikki Bella is a perfect example of, you know, she was the ultimate diva, and she also embraced being a WWE Superstar, period," Green said.
