Charlotte Flair has spoken about retiring and walking away from WWE and everything else. She explained the concept behind her "F U" money goal.
Charlotte Flair spoke about what it will take for her to retire from WWE
Speaking on Trading Secrets, Charlotte Flair admitted that there was now a number set, an "F U" number, that would lead her to leave wrestling behind and walk away.
She said she had spoken to her assistant, who did her hair, makeup, and everything else. He had her listen to a podcast where the host shared an FU number for their earnings, beyond which they were ready to walk away from their careers and no longer work. She said that she liked working and that she liked working on. She told her assistant she might hang on, but he disagreed.

This led to a discussion in which Charlotte Flair realized that she now had a number that, if she reached, would make her ready to retire. She would not retire as long as she wanted to, but it gave her the confidence to do so, as she would not need to earn beyond that figure to live the life she wanted.
"So my assistant and I, he does my hair and makeup. He does a lot of things. He had me listen to this female on her podcast, and I have an F U number that I'd like to go to. So if I get to that number in a couple years, that if I wanted to just walk away, then I could. But it's like, what do you feel comfortable with that if you get to this that you could just live off this. I mean I don't... maybe I'll just hang out. He was like no. I like to work, I like to be doing things, but if I needed an FU number, if I don't want to do anything, I could just live off this number."
Should she reach this mark, the RAW star will be able to walk away from WWE and retire, even if she may still choose to stick around.
