As many of you might know, Rhodes and The OTC went for the filming of Street Fighter soon after SummerSlam 2025. The movie has a star-studded cast, featuring crossover names like rapper 50 Cent, comedian Andrew Schultz, UFC royalty Alexander Volkanovski, and on the wrestling side, The American Nightmare, The Tribal Chief, and NJPW's Hirooki Goto. Jason Momoa is the biggest Hollywood star in the movie.

As the official trailer of the Street Fighter movie was released, the first looks at Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have been revealed. You can take a look at the screenshots in the tweet below:

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns seemingly teased round three at Survivor Series: WarGames 2025

Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have been overdue for a trilogy match for quite a while now. Rhodes may have finished the story at WrestleMania 40 by beating Reigns in a rematch from the previous year, but fans have wondered why WWE opted not to have a round three. The closest they got in their interactions before Survivor Series was at Bad Blood 2024, where they teamed up together to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

But at Survivor Series: WarGames, Reigns and Rhodes couldn't see eye-to-eye as their team suffered a defeat to Team Vision. It was Bron Breakker who pinned CM Punk, but despite this, Reigns seemed to have gained a level of respect for Punk that he hadn't had before their WrestleMania 41 Saturday main event. However, Reigns would not only refuse to have anything to do with Cody Rhodes, but he vowed to him that it would be the last time they ever teamed together. The Undisputed WWE Champion didn't exactly have much love for the OTC in that situation either.

So as Survivor Series: WarGames came to a close at Petco Park in San Diego, WWE seemingly teased a Reigns vs Rhodes trilogy match, presumably holding it down the line until WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. If so, this will likely mark the definitive end of their saga, as both men are now full-fledged babyfaces.
