In an interview with Peter Rosenberg following the match, the veteran claimed that the match should have ended when Legend was blinded by Asuka's mist. She suggested that the promotion should have thrown out the match because Legend was not able to continue.

"Lash Legend, she was medically disqualified. She couldn’t go on. That automatically should have thrown out the match. That should have thrown the match out. She was medically uncleared, incompetent," Lynch said.
