Bayley perhaps takes after John Cena in the sense that she is all about giving back. In a post on Twitter/X, the Role Model revealed that the 17-time World Champion made an incredible eight-hour commitment ahead of his last match ever.In less than one week, John Cena will call an end to what is expected to be an emotional finale to his legendary WWE career. Having won the Intercontinental Championship recently, he has truly won it all and done it all. But perhaps the bigger part of Cena's legacy, or anyone else's legacy for that matter, is how they give back to the industry. Cena is famously one of those names who sits backstage and watches what happens on a show, always open and willing to let younger talent pick his brain. Over nine years into her main roster run, Bayley has reached veteran status as well and is truly a role model in and out of the ring.So when Bayley held a wrestling seminar with several other female wrestlers, not only did John Cena show up, but he sat and watched ten women's matches and spent a whopping eight hours with them. In a post paying tribute, Bayley lauded the 17-time World Champion for his commitment:One can't help but praise Cena for the effort that he puts in when it comes to giving back. For example, the men and women who were handpicked by him to compete in the NXT Iron Survivor Challenge were grateful and repeatedly mentioned how much of an honor it was to be selected by him. One of his handpicked names, Kendal Gray, pulled off a massive upset at Deadline to become the Women's Iron Survivor in 2025, and she could possibly topple Jacy Jayne to become the new NXT Women's Champion.
