WWE Superstar Bayley recently spoke about a surprising backstage issue that has been bothering her. The Role Model stated that it "drives her crazy."
The inaugural WWE Women's Grand Slam Champion made an appearance on the latest edition of the Six Feet Under podcast. While speaking with The Undertaker and Michelle McCool, the RAW star noted that during her early days in the wrestling promotion, all the stars used to watch the shows backstage.
Bayley stated that Seth Rollins watches matches on the screen in the gorilla position and discusses things with the stars coming back from the squared circle. The veteran pointed out that listening to these conversations is a learning opportunity.
"When I first got on the road, all the live events you [The Undertaker] always watched. Cena watched everything; Roman watched everything. These last few years Seth is always at that front monitor, so if you’re at the live events, if you came back through the curtain, there’s that monitor right there. When people come back, they ask Seth, ‘Oh, what did you think?’ Then I can hear what he’s saying to them, and then I’m learning too," she said.

Bayley claimed that some stars have started leaving before the end of the show lately. The 36-year-old noted that it drives her crazy and has spoken with some people about the issue.
"But then lately there’s some people who just leave, [and] then Seth comes back from the main event, and nobody’s there. That is like, ‘What? You just asked for his advice, and nobody’s here.’ That drives me crazy. Or if some people aren’t on the show, they just take off, and I can’t… I have this conversation with some people, and I just don’t get it. It’s different, and I don’t know what’s missing," she added. Bayley wants to set an example for other WWE Superstars
Bayley is among the most decorated female stars on the WWE roster. She is well respected among the fellow stars, especially the younger ones.
Speaking further on the issue, the veteran noted that she tries to lead by example by being at the gorilla position irrespective of her booking. Bayley stated that watching her stick around might influence other stars to follow suit.
"For me, I’m just trying to lead by example. So I’d hope some of the girls see I’m still here, or I’m not booked but I’m in gorilla, or I’m not booked but I’m watching the girls’ matches no matter what, and that would maybe [lead to others thinking]. 'Oh, maybe I should stay too’. Some may think like that, some may not," she said. [H/T: WrestleTalk]
While Bayley continues to bring back the old culture, it also remains to be seen what plans WWE has for her moving forward.
