A WWE Hall of Famer has made it clear that she was willing to step inside the ring for one final run in the wrestling business before calling it quits for good. On a recent podcast, Michelle McCool expressed her desire to mount a comeback.
McCool is one of the most well-regarded female performers, making a name for herself at a time when women struggled to find enough TV time and were mostly relegated to non-wrestling angles. The 45-year-old star would go on to have a decorated career in WWE, where she won the Women's and Divas Titles twice each. Michelle McCool was inducted into the Hall of Fame this year.
In a recent episode of the Six Feet Under podcast, which she hosts with her husband, WWE legend The Undertaker, the duo had Bayley as a guest. During the chat, McCool opened up about her interest in stepping inside the ring again and even offered to become The Role Model's tag team partner.
"I mean, you did mention at the beginning, Liv did reach out before WrestleMania, so if maybe Liv’s in need of a partner or maybe you need a partner, I’m just saying I can go one time… One run. I love watching all the odd connections." (H/T - TJRWrestling)

McCool hasn't wrestled in a singles contest since 2011 and has only featured in a handful of Royal Rumble and Battle Royal matches over the last 14 years.
Dutch Mantell recently made some controversial comments about WWE legend Michelle McCool
A couple of months back, on his Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the wrestling veteran took some unexpected potshots at McCool. Mantell claimed that if the former Women's Champion weren't The Undertaker's wife, she wouldn't have been appointed as a coach on LFG nor become the host of Six Feet Under.
"I'll say this, I don't think she would get the gig if she weren't The Undertaker's wife. That's what I think," Mantell said.
It remains to be seen if McCool's growing appearances in WWE-related programming eventually pave the way for her return to the ring for a final run.
