A 27-time WWE champion won't lose his final match, according to Kevin Nash. Fans will witness the closing chapter of John Cena's illustrious in-ring career this weekend at Saturday Night's Main Event.
Cena will face Gunther in his final WWE match after the Ring General won the Last Time is Now Tournament. There is speculation that the Last Real Champion will go out on his back and give the former World Heavyweight Champion a rub on his way out.
However, Kevin Nash does not see this happening. On his Kliq THIS podcast, the Hall of Famer said he doesn't see Cena losing his final match and mentioned that the night will be more about the celebration of the 17-time WWE World Champion's career.
"I don’t see John jobbing on his last match, so it doesn’t matter… I don’t go into this seeing John doing a job. So it’s just like... It’s saying goodbye to John. It’s like when Cal Ripken beat the streak that Gehrig had," he said.

Notably, Nash's comments came before Gunther beat LA Knight to earn the right to be Cena's final opponent. Fans have been divided over how Cena's final match in WWE should end.
Given his decorated career, which included five U.S. title wins, four Tag Team championship titles, and a recent Intercontinental championship, in addition to his 17 World Titles, many believe he should stand tall in his farewell bout.
Kevin Nash believes John Cena is underappreciated
Last month on his podcast, Kevin Nash talked about John Cena's WWE career after the GOAT finally became a Grand Slam Champion in WWE.
He said that he faced the wrath of the fans during his time at the top of the company and said he was underappreciated for all the work he has put in.
Nash added that there were a lot of years when people gave Cena a hard time when he was positioned as the face of the promotion.
