A 26-year-old star has been tipped to follow Bianca Belair's footsteps in WWE. The EST has been absent since competing at WrestleMania 41 in a Triple-Threat match due to a hand injury.

While it is unclear when the former Women's Champion will return to action, WWE's women's division has no dearth of talent. One such talent who will have the chance to shine on Saturday is NXT's Sol Ruca.

At Saturday Night's Main Event, the 26-year-old star will face Bayley in one of the matches that will see NXT talent test themselves against main roster stars. Ahead of this exciting match, Bayley posted a message on X (Twitter), saying she sees a lot of similarities between Ruca and Belair's path in WWE.

"Honored to be a part of history tonight. You’re one of a kind, @SolRucaWWE. In my opinion, you have all the tools to be on a similar path to someone like Bianca Belair. But my time is (STILL) now. #ThankYouCena," she wrote.

Bianca Belair signed with WWE in 2016 and quickly made an impact on NXT. She progressed through the ranks and was called up to the main roster in 2020 as part of The Street Profits.

She went on to carve her space in the women's division and won the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble. Belair then headlined Night 1 of WrestleMania 37, beating Sasha Banks to win the SmackDown Women's Championship. Since then she has been a Women's Champion twice and has also won the Tag Team titles.

Sol Ruca, on the other hand, is establishing herself as a key member of the NXT brand and is a former North American Women's champion.

Bianca Belair favorite to win the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble

Bianca Belair is currently on a hiatus due to a hand injury suffered at WrestleMania 41.

Last month in an interview with BET’s 106 & Sports, she said initially she expected to be out for a few months, but the recovery hasn't gone according to plan.

Despite her uncertain status, she is currently favored to win the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble by Betfair. She is followed by Liv Morgan, who returned at Survivor Series, and Roxanne Perez in the list.
