Eddie Guerrero passed away 20 years ago. His daughter has just paid tribute to him.

Eddie Guerrero is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. He was a legendary performer who was incredibly gifted in the ring. Guerrero's career was just hitting its peak when he passed away 20 years ago. However, he has never been forgotten. Eddie's influence is visible in today's WWE stars when they try to perform his signature Frog Splash or the Three Amigos. Eddie influenced the next generation of wrestlers, and his contribution to the industry will never be overlooked. His youngest daughter, Kaylie Guerrero, remembered the WWE legend on the 20th anniversary of his death.

Kaylie took to social media to pen a heartfelt tribute to WWE legend Eddie Guerrero and what he meant to her growing up.

"This day never gets easier, even after all of these years… When I miss you, I try and think of all the happy moments we had together… ❤️🙏🏼🇲🇽 Like when you protected me from the “scary foot bath,” during my first nail salon visit. 😆 I love and miss you forever & always. 🥹🕊️"

Dominik Mysterio reveals his reaction to Eddie Guerrero's passing

Eddie Guerrero had a tremendous impact on a lot of people, especially Dominik Mysterio. Since Rey Mysterio and Eddie were very close friends, Dom knew Guerrero in a very personal way.

During an interview with No-Contest Wrestling, Dominik Mysterio recalled breaking down in tears after the video package of Eddie played on WWE TV after he passed away. It brought back a lot of memories of Guerrero.

"'O5 [2005], when... so I was still young at the time, but when Eddie passed. And just seeing the community and... I don't remember showing emotion as a kid unless I was like physically hurt or... never nothing really. I always kept to myself. So I remember when we were watching at home when Eddie had passed and the video package that they played with the Three Doors Down song. And I just remember I started crying as a kid watching this and remembering him, and just what he had done with me and just everything that we had gone through in that angle." [31:39 - 32:39]

Undoubtedly, Eddie Guerrero's passing was one of the biggest losses to the professional wrestling industry.
