A hooded figure helped lead Team Vision to victory at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Bron Breakker broke up a pin attempt by CM Punk as a mysterious figure in a black hoodie and jeans climbed over the cage into the ring.
Both stars waited on their knees until the hooded figure blasted Punk with a Superkick and a Curb Stomp, allowing Breakker to pin The Best in the World for the win.
Instead of a straightforward win for the loaded team of heroes, officials used someone not involved in the match to influence the outcome. The next four WWE stars might have attacked CM Punk at Survivor Series: WarGames.
10 Shocking Injuries That Destroyed WWE Stars - Watch Here!
#4. Seth Rollins could have fooled them twice
The hooded figure used Seth Rollins' famous Curb Stomp to drive CM Punk's head into the mat.
Few people despise The Best in the World like Rollins, and it wouldn't be the first time he shocked the world with deception at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Winning the Money in the Bank briefcase and getting hurt was all a ruse, but his latest shoulder injury is legitimate. He hasn't appeared on WWE programming, but has appeared on other media, such as NFL Network's Good Morning Football.
While Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed kicked him out of The Vision, Rollins could be angrier that the man he despises most in WWE has his title.
#3. Tony D'Angelo could have made an impact at Survivor Series: WarGames
WWE could have used the Survivor Series: WarGames spot to debut someone from NXT on the main roster without everyone knowing it.
Former NXT North American Champion Tony D'Angelo has been off TV for months after getting "whacked" following the D'Angelo Family's breakup. He might be waiting for creative, but joining The Vision makes sense.
The Don of NXT was one of the pillars of the 2.0 rebrand, along with Breakker, Grayson Waller, and Carmelo Hayes. Joining Breakker on the main roster would make sense since they came up together in the developmental brand.
#2. Chris Jericho could have made a shocking return to WWE
While a little more far-fetched, a former WWE Champion could be the person in the hoodie. Chris Jericho has been absent from AEW for most of 2025, fueling rumors that he's headed back to WWE.
If that's the case, he could have fired a warning shot at Punk by attacking him at WarGames if a deal over his contract was worked out. Jericho feuded with Punk a few times, including over major titles.
He didn't stick around to celebrate with The Vision, so it might not be someone who's joining the group. Revisiting a huge feud from over 10 years ago could be an interesting angle for The Best in the World.
#1. Austin Theory could have made a shocking move
The most likely culprit of the attack on Punk during Survivor Series: WarGames is Austin Theory. He's been strangely off RAW without any official injury diagnosis ever since A-Town Down Under disbanded earlier this year.
Theory aligned with Rollins during the Pandemic Era before the two sides feuded over the United States Title. While Rollins isn't part of the group, the Georgia native could finally be getting a prominent spot after a few years of stagnation.
He was once considered the future of the industry and was treated as such under Vince McMahon. Theory could align with Paul Heyman to give the group a third member, since WarGames partnerships are likely over following the PLE.
