The WWE roster is stacked with some of the biggest names in the entire industry, but even some of the most popular names have reached a point in the company where their character has stopped evolving. With so much competition across brands and multiple major storylines running at the same time, some stars have failed to enhance their characters, and have naturally got to the edge of turning heel or a babyface.

Jey Uso’s “Main Event” run started with huge momentum, but his current babyface act has reached a point where the WWE Universe can’t see him evolve anymore. Since his World Heavyweight Championship loss, the company itself has been teasing Jey’s character change, and a potential heel run for the star has sit well with the fans around the world.

A heel run by potentially attacking the likes of his own brother Jimmy Uso, or even a feud with Roman Reigns ahead of the Royal Rumble, could get things back on track for Jey.

Bayley has done everything possible with her current role, and even after her championship chase earlier this year, her character feels directionless. The veteran remains one of the division’s most popular names, but her booking lacks the consistency, which could be mainly because of her stale character.

Considering her current run alongside Lyra Valkyria, the best way to bring the Role Model back to the top of the industry would be by having her attack Valkyria to finally turn heel and give fans a new arc of her character.

The Viper, Randy Orton, has been in need of a character change for months now. The legend has not been seen on WWE TV for the past few weeks, which is mainly because of the lack of proper feuds and storylines for the star on SmackDown.
