Survivor Series: WarGames is WWE's final PLE of 2025. There's still John Cena's final match at Saturday Night's Main Event next month, but in terms of annual monthly PLEs, the longstanding tradition is the final one on the schedule.

Adding WarGames to the card in 2022 severely cut down on the number of contests, making each match even more important. This year's offering has the two cage clashes as well as two title matches.

With a lot on the line this weekend, certain performers need to stand out more than others. The next four WWE stars need great showings at Survivor Series: WarGames.

#4. Lash Legend is in a huge spot

Lash Legend joined SmackDown a few weeks back as an ally to Nia Jax. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss mocked The Annihilator for not having any friends.

That immediately changed with Legend's promotion to the main roster. While she's competed at a main-roster PLE before, this is her first big showing as an official member of SmackDown.

WarGames is a huge spot and opportunity, but officials must have faith to put her in such a prominent match against some of WWE's biggest names.

#3. WarGames is AJ Lee's second match since her return to WWE

AJ Lee joined IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley's team for WarGames. Her rivalry with Becky Lynch was woven into the storyline after she distracted The Man, allowing Maxxine Dupri to win the Women's Intercontinental title.

The rivalry stems back to Lynch and Seth Rollins feuding with Punk over the summer. Lee returned to WWE after over a decade away to support her husband, with her first match back taking place at Wrestlepalooza.

WarGames is the second match since her return, so she needs to have a good showing inside the cage. If she enters last and doesn't do much, it will feel like a bit of a waste of her talents.

#2. Drew McIntyre brings out the true Scottish Warrior

Due to his phenomenal work in his feuds with CM Punk and Cody Rhodes, it feels like Drew McIntyre should have won another major title. His last such win was at WrestleMania 40 after beating Seth Rollins.

Punk was on commentary, and the two had words. Damian Priest eventually cashed in, giving The Scottish Warrior a five-minute title reign. In his feud with The American Nightmare, Rhodes keeps cheating to retain the championship.

It's not his McIntyre's fault, but these choices don't help his standing. If he eats the pin or doesn't have a great run inside WarGames, it'll maintain his trend of losing to Rhodes.

#1. Stephanie Vaquer's first title defense on a main-roster PLE

Stephanie Vaquer captured the vacant Women's World Championship at Wrestlepalooza in September. Her first defense came against Raquel Rodriguez on an episode of RAW.

Survivor Series: WarGames represents her first title defense on a main-roster PLE. With only four matches, even more eyes will be focused on the details in every bout.

Her in-ring performances have been great, but her standing as champion means she'll be held to a higher standard going forward.

La Primera will likely get by Nikki Bella, but she needs to showcase to the world why WWE officials chose to put the title around her waist.
