Roman Reigns has been away from television since losing to Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight at Crown Jewel. The OTC lost the bout, thanks to Jey Uso inadvertently hitting him with a Spear through a table.

With Survivor Series: WarGames coming up on November 29, Reigns will likely return soon. However, while many expect him to join Team CM Punk against The Vision inside WarGames, it shouldn't happen.

Let's discuss three reasons why The Head of the Table must not align with The Second City Saint and others at Survivor Series:

#3. Roman Reigns has issues with every member of Team CM Punk

CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso are currently confirmed to be part of the babyface team, and Roman Reigns has issues with all three of them. While he has previously teamed up with The American Nightmare, they are far from being allies.

As for The Second City Saint, we already saw the unlikely partnership last year when Punk joined the OG Bloodline to face Solo Sikoa's version of the faction inside WarGames. They didn't see eye-to-eye then, and their dynamic has only worsened since.

Moreover, Jey Uso not only cost Reigns the bout against Bronson Reed, but he has also seemingly forged a partnership with CM Punk, whom Reigns had specifically warned Jey not to trust. Given this, Reigns should stand firm against joining the babyface team at Survivor Series.

#2. Roman Reigns' absence would allow for someone else to take his place

While Reigns would add to the star power of the WarGames Match, the bout already features some of the biggest names in the company. Therefore, the OTC's absence would likely not affect fans' excitement for the match.

Moreover, it could allow for someone like LA Knight or Jimmy Uso to join the babyface team, giving them a much-needed spotlight to shine.

#1. Roman Reigns needs to complete the trilogy with Bronson Reed

Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed are currently 1-1 in their rivalry. Reigns defeated Reed in a singles match at Clash in Paris, and the Aus-zilla scored one of the biggest wins of his career by beating the OTC in an Australian Street Fight at Crown Jewel.

While joining Team CM Punk at Survivor Series: WarGames would allow Reigns to get his hands on the Australian, it could diminish the anticipation for a potential third bout between them. If their next encounter is in a one-on-one competition, it would allow for their feud to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
