Adam Pearce's job in WWE might be in jeopardy. The RAW General Manager might have to leave if the former women's champion, Becky Lynch, boycotts the show. Becky Lynch has been on a verbal tirade since the November 18 edition of RAW, when she lost her Intercontinental title to Maxxine Dupri.

Becky alleged that her loss was a result of a biased referee, Jessika Carr, and that she was a victim of a larger conspiracy involving top company officials. Her anger increased after Survivor Series: WarGames, a match in which she once again was on the losing side. Since then, she has demanded that Adam Pearce address her queries, and the company reverse the decisions of both the matches which she lost.

Even though it's highly unlikely, the WWE top management can think of removing Adam Pearce from the job and choosing some other person as the GM for the time being.

In this listicle, we will discuss three individuals who could be considered for the role.

#3 William Regal

William Regal is one name who could be considered for the role of RAW's GM. Although he seldom shows up on TV, Regal has all that it takes to qualify as the manager for running a WWE show. In fact, he has earlier been a manager of the red brand.

He has been associated with the wrestling business for the past three decades, and he has been a veteran superstar. He is a five-time Hardcore Champion and the 2008 winner of the King of the Ring tournament.

Regal could be suited for the role also because he is a WWE veteran and knows the business inside out. He recently showed up backstage during RAW to announce the WarGames match at Survivor Series. Now that he has appeared on TV, the company can choose him for the job if Pearce goes out.

#2 Former WWE Champion, Big E

Big E is another big name on whom the company can count as the next GM of RAW. The fans have been eagerly waiting for Big E's in-ring return, but it seems that it ain't happening in the near future.

The former WWE Champion broke his neck during a match on SmackDown in 2022. Since then, he has been out of action. However, the 39-year-old superstar hasn't detached himself from the business. He is seen in pre- and post-WWE shows, discussing matches and giving commentary on the show.

The last time he showed up in a WWE arena was at the New Day's 10th anniversary last year. The duo surprisingly turned heel on him, and since then, he hasn't been seen.

The company can give this responsibility to Big E also because he has been in the business for over a decade. In fact, there have been instances when former superstars are handed managerial roles when they are injured. For example, Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) was made the GM of SmackDown when he had retired from in-ring competition due to a neck injury. Similarly, Big E could also be made the GM.

#1 Paul Heyman

If Paul Heyman agrees, there isn't any other individual backstage who could do the role better than him. In fact, Heyman as a heel would be the perfect RAW manager. It's well-known that he is a wrestling genius who has been in this business for the past three decades.

He had earlier been a GM of SmackDown from October 2003 to March 2004. And before becoming a GM, he was the head writer for SmackDown. With The Vision on his side, the Oracle can run havoc on the show, making it more exciting. Therefore, he is the top running name for the post of GM if Pearce is shown the door.

It now remains to be seen how the company handles the issue between Becky Lynch and Adam Pearce.
