WWE shifted the focus to the Last Time is Now Tournament on RAW after Survivor Series: WarGames. LA Knight and Gunther advanced to the finals on SmackDown after wins over Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa, respectively.
AJ Styles and Dragon Lee beat The New Day, while Bron Breakker got a shot at CM Punk's World Heavyweight Title on January 5. The Kabuki Warriors crashed the main event between Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY and the duo of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Liv Morgan put the rest of the roster notice after her return over the weekend. She also confronted Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. The former champion led an attack on the women involved in the main event.

10 Shocking Injuries That Destroyed WWE Stars - Watch Here!
#3. Ivy Nile first in line?
Ivy Nile, Roxanne Perez, and Raquel Rodriguez all confronted Maxxine Dupri a week after she won the Women's Intercontinental Title. Nile has a history with Dupri, bullying her after Alpha Academy turned into American Made.
The issue is that she's been absent from RAW ever since Chad Gable injured his shoulder. Why should someone with a weak resume who hasn't done anything, especially lately, deserve a title shot?
Nile claimed that defeating her previously was enough. It's likely to give Dupri an easy win in her first defense. The decision certainly doesn't follow a merit-based system of determining who gets a shot.
#2. Jey Uso's confusing conundrum on RAW
After losing to LA Knight in the Last Time is Now Tournament, Jey Uso lost it, taking out his frustration on the Prime Station and steel steps.
He lingered as if he had just wrestled the match of his life, but came up short. The Yeet Master's response was typical of how someone behaves after losing a title or falling short in their pursuit.
Had he not already won a Royal Rumble and a World title this year, and been the one pinned in WarGames, missing out on the opportunity would have made more sense.
Jey claimed he had too many people in his head, and that the titles looked better on Roman Reigns' shoulder. It just felt like he turned his mental issues into pouting since he didn't win.
#1. Gunther needs to cheat to win?
One thing Triple H did when Gunther first joined the main roster was make him a nearly unstoppable force, almost rivalling Brock Lesnar. Both stars were physical anomalies who could dish out loads of punishment.
That aura continued as he became the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion and then World Heavyweight Champion. He lost some of his invincibility by tapping out to Jey Uso at WrestleMania, but is still one of the top stars in WWE.
The Ring General controlled most of the action on RAW. Talla Tonga tried to interfere, but the referee caught it. Gunther then kicked Sikoa below the belt with the official's back turned.
He was already in control, so why book him to kick his opponent in the groin? It was an odd call, but it lines up more with how Solo acts.
