Clark is now back on the court for the USA Basketball Women's National Team's training camp. The camp is being held at Duke University in Durham. After the workout session, the Fever superstar spoke with the press, where she was asked about the ongoing CBA negotiations between the WNBPA and the WNBA.

The Fever star expressed her support for the player's association, but gave a realistic answer, suggesting a compromise for both parties.

"This is the biggest moment the WNBA has ever seen and it’s not something that can be messed up. We’re gonna fight for everything we deserve but at the same time we need to play basketball…that’s how you make the money," she said.

The fans flooded social media with their opinions on Clark's statements.

"I think it’s odd the union clearly hasn’t given all the players a set of talking points on how to address these questions," another fan said.
"Privileged white strikes again," another fan said.
