Fans of Caitlin Clark have been waiting for quite some time to see her debut in the senior division of Team USA. Now, the former youth star and Indiana Fever guard has been confirmed to be part of Team USA's latest training camp.

On Monday, Team USA announced that Clark would be joining 17 other athletes in a three-day women's national team training camp in Durham, North Carolina. Joining CC in this camp, which will be held from December 12 to 14, are one-time Olympic gold medalist Kelsey Plum, WNBA Rookie of the Year Paige Bueckers, two-time WNBA All-Star Angel Reese and UCLA star Lauren Betts.

Seeing the names on the training camp roster, WNBA fans expressed their feelings on social media. Some questioned the decision to include Reese in the roster.

Aside from Clark, Plum, Bueckers, and Reese, the December training camp roster will also include WNBA stars Aliyah Boston, Cameron Brink, Veronica Burton, Kahleah Copper, Chelsea Gray, Brittney Griner, Dearica Hamby, Rickea Jackson, Brionna Jones and Jackie Young.

Rounding up the list are promising young talents Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen, along with college standouts JuJu Watkins and Lauren Betts.

Along with Boston, Clark will see another familiar face in Durham as Fever head coach Stephanie White has been tapped to be one of Team USA's court coaches in the training camp.

Though Clark got to spend a full offseason with White prior to the 2025 WNBA campaign, their time together on the court got cut short as Clark dealt with multiple injuries this year.

CC ended up playing just 13 games in her sophomore season, missing a huge chunk of the Fever's final push for the playoffs. Despite the absence of Clark and other Fever players who suffered season-ending injuries, White was able to lead her squad to a first-round series victory over the Atlanta Dream and a five-game thriller against the eventual champions, the Las Vegas Aces.
