The CBA negotiations between the WNBPA and the WNBA have primarily focused on the players getting a revamped salary structure and a stake in revenue. The league's latest proposal includes a significant salary increment for all players, including a $1 million base salary for the highest-paid players, according to ESPN.

As of now, the WNBPA and the league have agreed to extend the current CBA through Jan. 9. 2026 and continue their negotiations.
