What is MrBeast's "Beast Industries" and how much is it reportedly valued?

Beast Industries is the holding company that covers YouTuber Jimmy "MrBeast's" business ventures, including Feastables, Lunchly, Viewstats, and more. The company's CEO, Jeff Housenbold, was appointed in 2024, with a history as a Silicon Valley executive. Housenbold recently spoke on the company's value and hinted at a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO).

In November 2025, reports from the likes of Business Insider included comments from MrBeast stating that he owned "a little over half" of Beast Industries, which is currently estimated to have a value of $5 billion.

The company is also growing rapidly, with 2025 revenue projections to hover around the $900 million mark. According to Fortune, the company is expecting to grow in 2026 and generate a bottom-line figure of $300 million. The report also features a message from Housenbold, which reads:

At the DealBook Summit held in early December 2025, New York Times columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin spoke to Jeff Housenbold about a potential IPO. In response, the Beast Industries CEO mentioned wanting to allow fans of MrBeast to hold equity in the company. Here's a quote from a recent TechCrunch article:

"At some point, we want to be able to give the 1.4 billion unique people around the world who has watched Jimmy’s content the last 90 days a chance to be owners of the company."

In addition to talking about Beast Industries, Housenbold spoke about season two of the Amazon Prime Video show Beast Games, which initially aired in December 2024. The show was clouded by controversy due to allegations of improper management from fellow creators and participants alike.

Regardless, the Beast Industries CEO claimed that season two, which will be released on January 7, 2026, will improve, learning from past mistakes:

"Listen, we’re always learning and getting better... Mistakes are part of success, so Season 2 is a lot better."
