Twitch streamer Blaire "QTCinderella" has apologized to the queer community and people of color for the recent controversy. For context, QTCinderella recently garnered attention after netizens on platforms such as TikTok and X accused her of homophobia and racism. During a collaboration with Vanillamace and KatieB, QTCinderella responded to those who believed that she was homophobic and racist by associating and supporting certain people. While commenting on Nick "FaZe Lacy" supposedly making "homophobic jokes," the Streamer Awards host said:"I collab with Lacy. Lacy makes some homophobic jokes sometimes, that I'm not comfortable with the homophobic jokes Lacy has made. Lacy knows that he can't make those jokes around me. That does not mean that I am homophobic. Believe it or not, everybody. Like, you are not who you associate with. Shut the f**k up."During a Twitch livestream on October 27, 2025, QTCinderella addressed the controversy and apologized to those who were offended by her remarks. The 31-year-old became emotional and said:"I've heard what a lot of people are saying, and I am sorry for the, like, hurt that I have caused people. I am really sorry. Like, again, if you don't want this apology, then it's not for you, and clearly you're not hurt. But I'm apologizing to people that I've hurt, and that's important to me. So, if you're a part of the queer community, and I've hurt you, I am sorry. If you're a person of color who I've hurt, I am sorry. I am. I really am. I think the way I was wording things was very, like, irresponsible and wrong, and I'm sorry."Timestamp - 00:07:17QTCinderella addresses threats of legal action against a netizen who reuploaded her Twitch VODDuring the same livestream on October 27, 2025, QTCinderella addressed another controversy, in which she threatened to send a cease-and-desist notice to an X user who had reuploaded her Twitch VOD (Video on Demand) with Vanillamace and KatieB.While claiming that she deletes her livestream during which she sings because, according to her, she is "embarrassed of her singing," the Los Angeles-based personality said:"Since the VOD was deleted, I did a singing stream after. I've been wanting to do a singing stream. If you watch me, you know that. And whenever I do singing streams, I delete the VOD because I'm embarrassed of my singing. And I started the singing stream and I sang some of my unreleased music. I sang three of my three unreleased songs, and then people were threatening to upload that. And so, yes, admittedly, I was on edge, and I was being a b**ch about that. I recognize that even saying this now that might happen, that people might upload my unreleased songs... but I just wanted to clear the record, and I was only thinking of my music being released."As of this writing, Vanillamace has not responded to QTCinderella's apology.
