Twitch streamer Matthew "Mizkif" has shared a "get ready with me for court" social media post, 20 days after Emily "Emiru" accused him of sexual assault, domestic and physical abuse, harassment, and stalking. On November 14, 2025, Mizkif posted a 49-second Instagram Reel, captioned "Get Ready With Me! 😄," in which he was seen purchasing clothes for a supposed court hearing. While claiming to have realized that he only had "hand-me-down clothes," the former OTK (One True King) member stated:"Get ready with me for court! The first thing I realized is that I only had hand-me-down clothes. So, I went to Bloomingdale's and I found this beautiful Armani Exchange suit on the rack. When I tried it on, I couldn't believe how gorgeous it was! Then, I found that it was 40% off, which is such a steal! And there it is, I look like a failed clone of Derek Jeter in a suit, and I'm ready for court!"Mizkif then showed that the clothes he chose for his court appearance cost more than $2,000, and he decided to fund them by gambling on Stake.com.The Twitch streamer said:"I was wondering why this looks so nice. This is $2,000. So, this is $345 as well. Court's expensive! Legal fees. Time to pay for this whole thing. (The streamer gambles on Stake.com) We take a hit on 10, we take a hit again, we stand, I won! Oh, my god! (A text saying, 'I didn't get the suit' appears)" View this post on Instagram Instagram PostWhy is Mizkif getting ready for a court hearing?
