Political commentator Hasan "HasanAbi" has addressed the community regarding the "Free Kaya" stream sniper incident, accusing Ethan Klein, Zack "Asmongold," Steven "Destiny," and Dan Saltman of "cyberstalking." For context, during an IRL livestream in Ireland, a man wearing a surgical mask and a black cap approached HasanAbi and asked for a photo.

The individual then showed a picture with a meme of the Twitch streamer's dog, Kaya, referencing the October 2025 CollarGate controversy.

At the six-hour-26-minute mark of the livestream on December 3, 2025, HasanAbi stated that he "despises" Ethan Klein, Asmongold, Destiny, and Dan Saltman because, according to him, the content creators and their followers encourage "harassment" and "cyberstalking."

The Turkish-American personality went on to say that the four streamers were playing a "very dangerous game," and added:

"This is what I f**king despise about Ethan Klein and Destiny, and Asmongold, and Dan Saltman, whose addresses are all readily available in the same exact websites and platforms that they rely on, that their fanbases rely go to, to find my address. To harass me. Okay? These guys are equal opportunity autists. They're equal opportunity cyberstalkers. You're playing a very f**king dangerous game when you lean into this s**t."

HasanAbi says "there's not a lot of protection against this sort of psychotic behavior," while discussing the "Free Kaya" stream sniper incident

At the six-hour-24-minute mark of the broadcast, while HasanAbi discussed the "Free Kaya" stream sniper incident, he claimed that streamers have an "unspoken rule" about not talking, highlighting, and "instantly criticizing this sort of stuff."

While claiming that "there's not a lot of protection against this sort of psychotic behavior," the 34-year-old stated:

"What you see, in terms of harassment as I've talked about, with the Emiru situation, for example, is the tip of the iceberg. There's an unspoken rule among content creators in general, where we don't talk about this sort of stuff. We don't highlight this sort of stuff, and we instantly criticize this sort of stuff, because we all know what goes around, comes around, and there's not a lot of protection against this sort of psychotic behavior. Okay?"

HasanAbi then expressed his belief that Asmongold "has to deal with" situations similar to the "Free Kaya" stream sniper incident:

"And I know for a f**king fact that Asmongold has to deal with that s**t in his day-to-day experience as well. He just doesn't talk about it, neither do I."

In other news, Twitch streamer Kacey "Kaceytron" recently issued an apology to Ethan Klein following the settlement of their lawsuit, and stated that she "did not receive any support, financial or otherwise," from Hasan.
