Popular Clash of Clans content creator Eric "EricOneHive's" official YouTube channel is on the verge of deletion, and he has vowed not to post content from Supercell-developed games in the future. On November 24, 2025, EricOneHive took to X to announce that his official YouTube channel had received three copyright strikes and would be deleted within the next seven days.An excerpt from the email he received from the Google-owned video-sharing platform reads:"You received a copyright strike. You now have 3 copyright strikes. As a result, your channel (as well as YouTube channels associated with it) is scheduled to be terminated in 7 days. Please be aware that once your channel is terminated, you are prohibited from accessing, possessing, or creating any other YouTube accounts unless this YouTube channel is reinstated."EricOneHive bid farewell and thanked the community for their support over the past seven years. While claiming that he may livestream on Twitch to play other games occasionally, EricOneHive stated that he intends to delete Clash of Clans.He wrote:"It was a good run… I stood up for what I felt was right. I feel defeated but also relieved that this fight is over. Goodbye and thank you all for supporting me over the last 7 years. I may fire up a twitch stream to play other games occasionally but I am deleting Clash of Clans"Hundreds of fans have shared their thoughts on Eric's social media post, and they had a lot to say about the situation."Absolutely horrible. Expressing his intention not to post any content featuring games developed by Supercell, the professional shoutcaster said:"UPDATE: I have issued counter claims to combat these strikes. Even if I am able to save the channel from getting deleted, I will not be posting any more content from Supercell games and I may take some time off to process this but I will keep you all updated on future plans"As of this writing, neither YouTube nor Supercell have commented on EricOneHive's situation.
