Lawyer and YouTuber Andrew "Legal Mindset" has claimed that Twitch streamer Denims and Morgan "Frogan" may go broke amid H3 Podcast host Ethan Klein's lawsuit against them. On November 26, 2025, Legal Mindset posted a video on his official YouTube channel titled Ethan Klein DENIES Kaceytron Settlement (Fast Facts).
In the video, Andrew presented a presentation slide with the title "REALITY," in which the following was written:
"Cases of this size can average $384,000 if brought through trial. Discovery alone could cost $50,000. Denims and Frogan may go broke before finishing discovery, Kaceytron barely has enough to make it to trial."

According to Legal Mindset, the "best thing" and "best solution" Denims, Frogan, and Kacey "Kaceytron" could devise is a "creative settlement" with Ethan Klein:
"So, at this point, you got Denims and Frogan, which may go broke before discovery, and Kaceytron barely makes the trial. The best thing they can do, the best solution that they could possibly have at this point, is to come up with a creative settlement with Ethan Klein. I don't know what that is, but it's not just money; they're going to have to give up names. They're going to give up information. There's going to have to be some sort of alpha, some sort of additional thing that's added on, above and beyond money, that I think would incentivise it for him to settle this. Right?"
Legal Mindset then suggested that a "creative settlement" could include the three streamers issuing public apologies or retracting their statements.
He added:
"Maybe them coming out and giving public apologies. Maybe them coming out and publicly retracting their statements or issuing clarifications. But I think more than that, they're going to want those messages with Reddit and Discord. So, if Kaceytron is willing to turn those over voluntarily, maybe there would be an ability to reach an amicable settlement."

Legal Mindset comments on Kaceytron's settlement offer of $17,500 to Ethan Klein
At the one-minute-56-second mark of the video mentioned above, Legal Mindset discussed Kaceytron's $17,500 settlement offer to Ethan Klein, which the 40-year-old podcaster declined.
Describing this settlement offer as "chump change," Andrew stated:
"Is Ethan Klein going to take that? Absolutely not! In fact, he publicly rejected that, which is his right. You made the offer; if he wants to disclose that, that's his right to do that. That is, in legal terms, chump change. That is probably, you know, not even what Ethan's paid to his lawyers so far. He's probably paid multiples of that, and getting all these lawsuits out. Right? So, no real reason in my book for Ethan to settle based on that."
