Tracker season 3 episode 7: What happens to Graham, and why does Colter believe MC has something to do with it?

After meeting a distraught father in a gun range while looking for answers about his own father, Colter helps the man find his missing daughter. All the leads about the new abduction case lead him to one of Boston's wealthiest and most influential families, the Bennings. Specifically, Colter's investigation leads to the son, Graham Benning. He tracks the guy down to his family's estate.
But before Colter can get to Graham, he's already dead. Colter sees him dead in a blood-filled bathtub after apparently slitting his wrists. However, Colter is certain Graham didn't commit suicide. He believes Graham wanted to come clean about what happened with Noelle, so MC had taken care of the problem: Graham.
Graham's confession via a message he sent someone with a photo of Noelle tied up only solidifies Colter's theory that MC had him killed. At the end of Tracker season 3 episode 7, Colter returns to the Bennings estate to confront MC, and she doesn't dispute it when Colter says that she had Graham killed, with his father Gene's permission, because he's a loose end and is a troublemaker.
It appears that while MC is working for the family, her allegiance is first and foremost to the head of the family, Gene. Graham, while a Benning, is just another one of the family's messes she has to take care of and bury. But she's covered her tracks well, as Colter admits, but he reckons that she would slip up one of these days.
Why was Noelle kidnapped in Tracker season 3 episode 7?

As Colter's investigation unfolds in Tracker season 3 episode 7, it's revealed that Noelle was a witness to Graham committing murder. She saw him strangle a waiter at one of his events one night while she was doing one of her deliveries. While Graham promised that she would reason out with Noelle about what happened, Noelle was determined to speak up.
She went to a criminal defense attorney for help, and the lawyer tried to help her hide in one of his rental properties. But because Graham's pleading couldn't shut her up, MC had to deal with the situation. Noelle is a loose end they have to cut off, and it's why she was kidnapped from the rental house one evening. They plan to ply her with drugs and will likely kill her so she can no longer talk to the police.
Thankfully, Colter arrives just in time and gets into a shootout with Noelle's captor. But she's heavily drugged, and ironically, it is MC with Narcan that helps Colter revive Noelle. It's one of her ways of covering up her tracks.
