About Stranger Things 5 Volume 1

Netflix has finally taken the global viewers back to Hawkins with the release of Volume 1. From showcasing the dire situation in the town, the first volume goes on to show that the Hawkins team is fully prepared to take down Vecna. Set in 1987, the military is looking out for Eleven as she trains for the approaching epic battle.

As the episodes progressed, one of the crawls by the team meets an unexpected challenge, bringing a life-threatening situation for several prominent characters. Updates on Max's health condition further bring a major twist to the plot.

Different sets of characters embark on missions that collectively contribute to defeating Vecna and saving the innocent. However, by the end of episode 4, the situation takes an unexpected turn, leaving the viewers at a pivotal point.

With four episodes out so far, volume 2 will take the thrilling story forward in the coming weeks. Comprising three episodes, volume 2 will release on December 25, 2025, on Netflix. The final episode of the series will be released on New Year's Eve.
