What is the series about?
Set in 1854, the series takes viewers to the Old West, where things get complicated between two families that are poles apart.
Van Nesses are a popular family of the region, led by Constance Van Ness. Inheriting her husband's mining fortune, the ambitious Constance aims to leave no stone unturned in her aim to gain power and dominance over the region. Fiona Nolan takes pride in her unusual family of orphans and the cattle ranch that she owns in silver-rich Jasper Hollow.
Which Constance is driven to take over Fiona's ranch, her threats don't faze the latter as she puts a strong foot forward. Complicated developments, losses, and unexpected romances further make their fight tense in the series.
